The Inverex Nitrox 8kW is a grid-tied solar inverter that operates primarily with solar panels and the utility grid. It does not function as a hybrid inverter with full battery backup management like hybrid models. Instead, it is designed for net metering systems, where excess solar power is exported to the grid.
